VIJAYAWADA: The police registered a case of sexual harassment against one Parishuddha Babu, a pastor in Machilipatnam on Tuesday.
According to police, the girl, who is in the Ninth Standard, allegedly faced ‘sexual harassment’ from the 65-year-old pastor. She is an inmate of a a missionary hostel in Machilipatnam. Cases under Section 354 (sexual harassment) and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act have been registered.
Two Killed as Bikes Collide
Vijayawada: Two persons died when their motorcycles collided head-on at Vattigudipadu village within the limits of Agiripalli police station on Tuesday night. The victims were identified as V Edukondalu of Posanipalli village in Nuzvid mandal and Pamarthi Srinu. A case has been registered and investigation is on.
