VISAKHAPATNAM : Family members of a brain dead person have agreed to donate the latter’s organs Monday. The brain dead person has been identified as P Satyanarayana, a native and resident of Srikakulam town. Satyanarayana met with an accident on April 25 and was brought to a private hospital in Visakhapatnam for advanced treatment. But he was declared brain dead by the doctors. His family members agreed to donate his organs. Sources said that the doctors had retrieved organs and would be sending one kidney to Seven Hills Hospital, another to Care Hospitals and liver to Global Hospitals.
