VISAKHAPATNAM:Minister Plenipotentiary and Charge D’ Affairs, Embassy of the UAE, Saed Mohamed Almheiri met Visakhapatnam Port Trust chairman MT Krishna Babu Tuesday. Saed Mohamed also visited the port establishments for an overview of its commercial importance on India’s East Coast and the role it could play in the emergence of Visakhapatnam as a smart city. During the meeting Saed Mohamed and Krishna Babu discussed infrastructural facilities at the port and status of the ongoing projects.
