Srikakulam Woman Missing in Nashik

SRIKAKULAM: A housewife from Srikakulam went missing at Nashik in Maharashtra since Tuesday morning. A Menaka (30), wife of A Suresh, resident of Hiramandalam area, went to Nashik to take Pushkaram dip in the river Godavari along with her husband and other family members. According to sources, Menaka along with her family went to Nashik for the religious event. On Tuesday, at around 9 am, while her family members and her husband went to take the holy dip, she went missing. On intimation by the family members, the local police launched a search for her. Tension prevailed as her family members found her mobile phone switched off. Worried, Suresh filed a missing complaint with the local police immediately.

Meanwhile, the local family members informed Srikakulam MP K Rammohan Naidu. After speaking to the police, the MP assured that they would trace the woman’s whereabouts.
