Congress Desperate for Hold in AP: Jagan

The YSRC, too surrendered to the Centre, YSRC supremo YS Jagan Mohan Reddy hit back with power-packed dialogues.

HYDERABAD:  On a day when AICC Vice-president Rahul Gandhi tried to project his party as the real opposition in the State by alleging that the principal opposition, the YSRC, too surrendered to the Centre, YSRC supremo YS Jagan Mohan Reddy hit back with power-packed dialogues on Friday.

Jagan Reddy, alleged that the Congress is known for “use and throw” politics.

“Till I was in Congress, I was a virtuous man for the high command. The moment I quit, I became bad and the party foisted cases against me by joining hands with TDP,” he lambasted.

On Rahul’s remark that YSRC had failed to perform the opposition’s role, Jagan said, “The YSRC has undertaken several agitations so far on people’s issues in AP. Doesn’t he (Rahul) know that?”
