RAJAHMUNDRY:Members of the Rajahmundry Bar Association have decided to boycott court proceedings Monday protesting the attack on judges in a court at Rangareddy and ransacking of the Court Hall by the Telangana advocates.
Speaking to Express, AP Advocates Joint Action Committee leader Muppalla Subba Rao termed the attack “heinous” and said that it was an abuse of judiciary. How can we expect protection to common people while there is no protection to judges in the courts? he questioned.
He demanded governor ESL Narasimhan’s intervention into the matter and asked the latter to take stern steps to protect law and order in Hyderabad.
