VISAKHAPATNAM : Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL)chairman-cum-managing director P Madhusudan congratulated the ERP (enterprise resource planning) team for successful completion of its one year in ERP environment and the launch of ‘go-live’ process.
He also appreciated the efforts put in by the RINL core team and Wipro team in this regard. On Friday, all production, marketing, procurement, projects, human resources and finance activities of Visakhapatnam Steel Plant were being carried out in ERP system encompassing headquarters, mines, regional and branch offices, stockyards and liaison offices across the country.
He complimented the team for completing annual accounts first time in ERP environment without any problems and within the shortest possible time. He had asked the ERP team to continue their efforts to improve further and address all user requirements.
RINL director (Finance) TVS Krishna Kumar congratulated both the teams for successful completion of accounts in time on the system. He advised the to achieve all the desired objectives of ERP implementation. General manager (ERP and CC) SN Rao, DGM (ERP) VSRP Murthy and Wipro ERP core team project manager Arun Kumar expressed their gratitude to the support received from all functional heads and RINL collective for achieving the successful implementation.
