NYKS Leader Visits Port City

VISAKHAPATNAM: The vice-chairman of Nehru Yuva Kendra Sanghatan P Sekhar Rao as part of his district tour, visited local Nehru Yuva Kendra Tuesday where he paid tributes to the first prime minister Jawaharlal Nehru after garlanding the latter's portrait. On the occasion, Sekhar Rao who sought the co-operation of youth for the development of Nehru Yuva Kendras, asked the youths to form youth clubs and propagate all welfare schemes introduced by the Central government.

He also asked them to identify real beneficiaries to get the fruits of welfare schemes. Sekhar Rao appreciated the local NYK authorities for displaying the photograph of Jawaharlal Nehru. District youth coordinator KV Ramana, Sri Gayatri Welfare and Cultural Youth Academy president R Ravi Kumar, Vizianagaram district coordinator Raghu, Youth Club awardees P Chaitanya, Syamala, G Ravi and others were present.
