SRIKAKULAM: Chief electoral officer Bhanwar Lal directed the district administration to complete 100 per cent seeding of voter ID cards with the Aadhaar number by August 1. The CEO held a rivew meeting with various political leaders and election officers in the district Sunday.
He made it clear that the election officers have to ensure to visit every house to link the voter ID card with the Aadhaar card.
He said that there were about 10,000 bogus voters identified in the district. Collector P Lakshmi Nrusimham explained the progress of Aadhaar seeding with the voter ID card.
