Avanthi Hosts Graduation Day at AU

VISAKHAPATNAM :  Avanthi group of colleges (Engineering & Pharmacy) Visakhapatnam and Vizianagaram conducted Avanthian’s Graduation Day here at Andhra University campus Tuesday.

Andhra University vice-chancellor GSN Raju congratulated the toppers and awarded gold and silver medals to merit students from all the colleges and conferred degrees on the graduates. Addressing the young graduates, the vice-chancellor said that there were many revolutions taking place in all the sectors including agriculture, dairy, industry and information technology. He called upon the graduates to make good use of the opportunities and prove their caliber. Raju enumerated the qualities of a successful person which include knowledge, communication skills, honesty, integrity, punctuality and physical and mental stability.

While delivering presidential remarks, chairman of Avanthi Group of Colleges and Anakapalle MP M Srinivasa Rao expressed his joy over his association with the students. As many as 800 students received their degrees.
