VIJAYAWADA: The Southern Power Distribution Company Ltd (SPDCL) has advised power consumers to make use of the App they have come out with for payment of power bills.
The SPDCL said that one could download the App from Google Playstore and after installation, one has to register oneself with his email ID or mobile number. After that the consumers should enter 13 digit service number to avail all services provided by the SPDCL. The App would allow the consumers to get details of their payment history for 12 months. The App would also provide reminder alert to the consumer on the due date of payment.
The App provides other facilities such as filing complaints or grievances, apply for a new service and status of application among other features.
