Tailors Seek New BPL Ration Cards

CHITTOOR :On the call given by state tailors’ association, International Tailors Day was observed in the district on Sunday.

A rally was organised by the association president Sreenivasulu Reddy and other leaders. Tailors from across the state participated and  speaking on the occasion, the Reddy urged the Andhra Pradesh State Government to recognise the tailors all over the state.

He also requested the government for allotment of new Below Poverty Line (BPL) ration cards, houses and free education to the children of tailors up to graduation level.
