Putti Susanth, a native of Nelaparru village of Machilipatnam, was brought to the GGH on Monday night for treatment following a snake bite. However, the doctor on duty at the time, Neelima, allegedly sent back the boy and his family members saying it was not a snake bite but an insect bite.
