ELURU: Nuti Bhale Ramaswamy (53), an AgriGold agent, died of a heart attack at K Kannapuram village in Pedavegi mandal on Monday.
According to villagers, Ramaswamy mobilised deposits in a big way as an AgriGold agent. He was in a depressed state after AgriGold became bankrupt. As an agent, he had to face the wrath of depositors who lost their hard earned money in the AgriGold scam. He suffered a heart attack while going to his agricultural fields.
Ramaswamy died even before being shifted to hospital by his family members and relatives. He is survived by his wife Ramana, two daughters and a son.
