VISAKHAPATNAM : A local court issued a non-bailable warrant (NBW) on Monday against Gajapathinagaram MLA K Appala Naidu in a cheque dishonour case filed by a cloth merchant in Vizianagaram.

KA Naidu had taken Rs 20 lakh as a loan from a cloth merchant Purushotham Jain in 2013 and Naidu had given a cheque towards the payment. The cheque was dishonoured due to insufficient balance.
