VIJAYAWADA: The ACB sleuths caught Excise and Prohibition inspector A Himabindu red-handed, while she was accepting a bribe of Rs 54,000 from complainant, P Ravi Kumar Reddy.
The complainant, who is running Viswa wines in Badvel of Kadapa district, lodged a complaint with ACB officials against Himabindu that she was demanding a bribe to let the complainant sell loose liquor, and sell liquor at more than the MRP and keeping the shop open past the time.
