KURNOOL: YSR Congress chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy’s Praja Sankalpa Yatra entered Kurnool on Tuesday marking the first 100 km at Gorigenur village in the district. The villagers welcomed Jagan with a floral shower as he walked exuding warmth.

The yatra passed through Allagadaa constituency where MLC Gangula Prabhakar Reddy and his son Bijendra Reddy (Nani) did lot of ground work to make Jagan’s yatra a success. Kurnool Parliamentary constituency in-charge Silpa Chakrapani Reddy also accompanied Jagan during the yatra. 

The Praja Sankalpa Yatra began on November 6 from Idupulapaya in Kadapa district and the first seven days of the yatra covered YSR district. He covered 93.8 km in Kadapa and on Tuesday, he stepped into Kurnool district. He would cover seven constituencies in the district.
