TTD releases 50,789 online Arjitha Seva tickets

The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) on Friday released the online quota of 50,789 seva tickets for the month of December.

TIRUMALA: The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) on Friday released the online quota of 50,789 seva tickets for the month of December.

Out of them, 6,699 tickets, pertaining to various pre-dawn rituals and other prime sevas performed inside the temple.

The six prime sevas are: Suprabhata (4,099 tickets) and Thomala and Archana (60 tickets each), and weekly sevas such as Visesha puja (1,500 tickets), Ashtadala Padapadmaradhana (180 tickets), and Nijapada darshanam (2,300 tickets).The other seva tickets include Kalyanotsavam (10,125 tickets) Unjal (2,700 tickets), Arjitha Brahmotsavams(5,805 tickets), Vasanthotsavam (11,610 tickets), and Sahasra Deepalankara (12,350 tickets).

Governor prays at Tiruchanur temple

Governor E S L Narasimhan accompanied by his wife Vimala Narasimhan offered prayers at Sri Padmavathi Ammavari temple, Tiruchanur on Friday. After praying at the ‘Dhwaja Sthambam’ point, he had darshan of the presiding deity. On his arrival at the temple, Tirupati JEO Pola Bhaskar and temple priests received him with temple honours.
