Andhra Pradesh's Chandrababu Naidu failed as CM: Congress charge-sheet

The Congress alleged that Naidu was an opportunist who had cheated farmers in the name of farm loan waiver.

VIJAYAWADA:  The Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC), which released a charge-sheet against the TDP Government and started observing Betrayal Week from Friday, said Chandrababu Naidu had failed as CM of the State and his greatest failure was the inefficiency in bringing pressure on the Central government to grant Special Category Status (SCS) and implementing the provisions of the Bifurcation Act.

The Congress alleged that Naidu was an opportunist who had cheated farmers in the name of farm loan waiver. Comparing the employment opportunities provided by the Congress government and the present TDP Government, it said the youth in the State were cheated in the name of jobs and unemployment dole.  TDP Government had succeeded in making AP one of the top states in crime against women.
