TIRUPATI: Wearing the pearl-studded armour, Sri Malayappa Swamy blessed devotees on the second day of annual Jyeshta Abhishekam at Tirumala on Monday.
The deity was taken out in a procession around the Four Mada Streets as part of the festival. The TTD cancelled Visesha Puja and Arjitha Vasanthotsavam in view of the annual fete. Snapana Thirumanjanam was performed to the deities in Kalyanotsava Mandapam.
