BELGAUM: Lance Havildar Yeshavant Khannukar, who trained at the Maratha Light Infantry Centre in Belgaum, has been honoured with the Sena Medal (gallantry). Khannukar, presently serving in the Madras Regiment, was a member of the search party tasked for the specific search of terrorists in Kupwara district on June 27, 2010.
