UDUPI: Though the High Court quashed an FIR against Yeddyurappa in the illegal mining case, it did not give a clean chit to him, said KPCC president G Parameshwar. He said here on Thursday that Yeddyurappa behaving like he returned victorious from the Kargil war. One side Yeddyurappa is smiling and on the other side Chief Minister D V Sadananda Gowda’s seat is shaking, he said. He said they do not understand the reason behind the JD(S) fielding its candidate for the bypoll.
