Former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa expressed happiness at getting anticipatory bail from the High Court in connection with the ongoing CBI probe against him.

“I am glad that I got anticipatory bail. I have great respect for Judiciary as well as CBI. I will continue to cooperate with the CBI and will appear before it as and when it wants,”an elated Yeddyurappa told reporters immediately after the HC granted him anticipatory bail.

He also expressed confidence of coming clean of all charges against him. “I am confident of getting justice. I want to come out of all charges and involve myself in the service of people again,” he said while asking his supporters not to celebrate the occasion.
