BANGALORE: The NDA-supported bandh on Thursday has forced rescheduling of many examinations across the state.

The Karnataka Open School (KOS) first language Kannada examination has been postponed to June 9.

The Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences has postponed the practical examination to an alternate day according to the convenience of respective colleges.

Bangalore University’s LLB and Postgraduate Diploma in International Business examinations are postponed to June 6.

The subject, time and venue of the examination remain unaltered.

Meanwhile, the Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) to avoid confusion owing to the national bandh has rescheduled the undergraduate exams to June 6 from 2 to 5 pm.

Consequently, the exams in the subject of all UG disciplines bearing the codes **74 of 2002 scheme which were to be held on June 6 have been rescheduled to June 16.

All the practical exams scheduled for May 31 also stand postponed.

According to the VTU officials, the new dates of practical examinations will be intimated by college principals not later than June 8.
