BANGALORE: KPCC president G Parameshwara and three others took oath as the members of the Legislative Council on Thursday.
Council secretary Shreesh administered the oath of the office to the new members.
The other members who took the oath H M Revanna (Congress), T A Sharavana (JD-S) and D U Mallikarjuna (Independent).
Chairman of the House D H Shankaramurthy, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Opposition Leader K S Eshwarappa congratulated the new members.
On the occasion, Siddaramaiah said, “After many years, the 75-member House is brimming with full strength.”
