Lottery scam: Karnataka police chief, Home Minsiter's advisor grilled by CBI in Delhi

BENGALURU: Karnataka home minister's advisor, a former IPS officer  Kempaiah and State director General of police and inspector General of police Om Prakash appeared before CBI officials in New Delhi on Friday in connection with probe in single digit lottery scam.

On Wednesday morning, both of them appeared before CBI for questioning. The CBI sources said, "both of them were summoned to appear before the CBI  officials to record their statements.Om Prakash and Kempaiah had departed to Delhi on Thursday night.

In this case, more than 35 top police officials were questioned previously. Based on the statements given, these duo were summoned. The CBI officials have questioned them for more than a hour.
