IAS officer’s son gets anticipatory bail

The High Court  granted anticipatory bail to Gagan Baderiya, son of senior IAS officer Gangaram Baderiya, in connection with two cases registered by the Special Investigation Team (SIT).

Lab allowed to operate temporarily for inspection

The High Court permitted Bureau Vertias Consumer Products Services India laboratory to operate its unit till August 2, 2017. The unit was closed in compliance of the NGT order in Bellandur lake case.
