BENGALURU: Janata Dal (S) state president H D Kumaraswamy, a member of the legislature panel looking into irregularities in power purchase agreements made between 2004 and 2014, has written to Speaker K B Koliwad, seeking release of information.
The House panel, headed by Energy Minister D K Shivakumar, has often been a reason for friction between the two leaders. Early last month, Shivakumar had stated that they would submit a report by end of March.
Kumaraswamy has alleged that though the report has been ready for more than a year now, it has not been released yet.
