TUMAKURU: Three people died and another person was injured critically when a car they were travelling in collided head-on with a lorry at Hindiskere near Tiptur on Bengaluru-Honnavar NH-206 last late night. The deceased were identified as Vinaykumar (21) of Chitradurga, Tippeswamy(40) of Baraguru in Sira taluk and Aravind (32) of Bengaluru. The injured Divakar of Bengaluru has been shifted to NIMHANS.
The victims were employees of BOSCH company in Bengaluru and were on their way back home after attending a wedding ceremony of one of their colleagues when the incident occurred.
Kibbanahalli Cross police have registered a case.
