Moral policing: Two youths held

The Mankara police have reportedly taken into custody two more persons, allegedly, SDPI activists, on Wednesday for questioning and attacking a youth, Arun, 21, and a Muslim girl who were engaged in a conversation at Pathripala junction, on Tuesday.

The police had already arrested one SDPI activist, Ibrahim Badushah, 26, son of Abdul Rahim, Paradithodi, Mannur. Though the other two miscreants were taken into custody no arrests have been recorded.
