Valakam case: CBI gets crucial leads

The CBI team probing into the Valakam case indicated that they gained crucial leads in the case in which teacher R Krishnakumar was attacked.

The CBI team probing into the Valakam case indicated that they gained crucial leads in the case in which teacher R Krishnakumar was attacked.

Highly placed CBI officials said that they were at a decisive stage and expects to get a clear picture on the incident, which has been remaining a mystery. The CBI had taken Krishnakumar to Kadakkal and Nilamel, in an attempt to trace his journey from the house of the astrologer in Kadakkal to Nilamel and later to Valakam, based on the descriptions given by the teacher about the incident.

The teacher had maintained that he didn’t remember how he reached Valakam from Nilamel.
