Home Minister Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan urged political parties and organisations to avoid controversies regarding ‘Emerging Kerala’, the investors meet to be held here next week.

Those who raise allegations against the meet should understand all aspects of it and there should be substance in allegation.

The ongoing controversy is baseless, the minister told reporters here on Saturday.

 “Everything is transparent.

Reacting without understanding the project is not fair, Thiruvanchoor said.

Expressing his dissent over the project, Opposition Leader V S Achuthanandan on Friday had alleged that the corruption would emerge in the investors meet planned by the UDF government.
