The expansion of the Bharat Petroleum Kochi Refinery, worth Rs 20,000 crore, will be finished by 2015, R K Singh, Chairman and MD of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), said at the ‘Emerging Kerala’ venue here on Thursday. The petrochemical complex will also be completed within three years.
A meeting will be convened on September 25 to consider the issue of environmental clearance for the land acquisition, he said.
