The State Bank of India (SBI) Kozhikode Branch celebrated its 150th anniversary. Chief general manager Sreenatha Sastry kicked off the SBI sesquicentennial celebrations on October 15. A special postal cover and a sesquicentennial logo were also released to commemorate the occasion. Other events included the dedication of ‘green power’ solar street lighting facility for Perambra Branch of the SBI.
