The initiative is aimed at bridging the gap between project-owners and contractors/workers,” said Nikihil Hareendran, chief executive officer of verysimple.in. The portal was founded by Abhijith M V (executive director), Krishnadas C M (CTO) and Santhosh P V (COO). “An individual or a service provider can register on the website free of cost. We do not charge any fee for the services provided through the site,” he said.
The project-owners post their requirements on the website, on the basis of which contractors place bids. Then, the project-owners can choose the contractor who has offered the best quote.
This platform provides an opportunity to project-owners to choose from a wide range of bids placed by the contractors on the basis of their work profile and the reviews about the works they have done.
