THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Kollam City Police Commissioner Debesh Kumar Behera and Assistant Inspector General of Police (Public Grievances) V Sureshkumar have been mutually transferred, a government order said. Behera has also been given the charge of state-level monitoring of Operation Kubera. Thrissur City Police Commissioner P Prakash has been replaced by Jacob Job. Prakash’s new appointment will be communicated later.
