THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Speaker G Karthikeyan met senior Congress leader A K Antony and held discussions with him on Wednesday. The meeting was held at Antony’s residence in the city around 9.30 p.m. Although Karthikeyan declined to speak to the media afterwards, speculation was rife that the discussion had centred around Karthikeyan’s desire to quit as speaker.
