COIMBATORE: A 17-year-old Class XII student suffered injuries after he jumped off the second floor of his school building in Avarampalayam on Friday.
Police said around 11.30 am, the boy went to the second floor of the school building and jumped off the wall. School authorities rushed the boy to a hospital. Police said the boy suffered minor injuries to his back. Peelamedu police, who registered a case of accidental fall, said that the boy refused to reveal the reason for his ‘attempted suicide’.
