THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Lokayukta directed Superintendent of Police, CBCID, A Akbar to probe into the allegations regarding the appointment of Anila Jacob, wife of Civil Supplies Minister Anoop Jacob, as the Assistant Director in the State Institute of Languages. A Division Bench comprising Justice Pius C Kuriakose and Justice K P Balachandran issued the directive on a complaint filed by former general secretary of the women’s wing of Kerala Congress (Jacob) faction Manimeghala.
