THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Kerala has urged the Centre to take steps to rescue all Keralites stranded in Kashmir which has been witnessing serious flooding. Chief Minister Oommen Chandy had written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Civil Aviation Minister Ashok Gajapathi Raju, demanding them to take steps to bring the people to safety.
