KOCHI:The Kerala High Court has imposed a litigation cost of Rs 25,000 to the office-bearers of Thiruvananthapuram Officers Club for wasting the time of the court and dismissed the petition filed by it against the proceedings initiated by the government to evict it from the leased out government land.  Justice P R Ramachandra Menon directed the petitioner to pay the amount to the mediation centre.
