KOCHI: Minister K Babu has filed a defamation case against Biju Ramesh, working president of the Bar Hotel Owners Association, in the Ernakulam JFCM Court. The court on Friday recorded the sworn statement from Babu, when the petition came up for hearing. According K Babu, Biju Ramesh has levelled a false allegation against him. Biju came out with a false statement that Babu took bribe from him.
