THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Late actress Srividya’s brother K Sankar Raman has petitioned Chief Minister Oommen Chandy and Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala against K B Ganesh Kumar MLA, alleging that he was not executing the will of Srividya.
Srividya had named Ganesh Kumar as the executor of the will in 2006. Raman has alleged that MLV Srividya Charitable Trust formed as per the will is now defunct. “Many trustees have put in their papers and Ganesh is illegally possessing the properties, house, car and land,” he said.
