BDJS to Go By BJP Decision on Candidates

ALAPPUZHA:  SNDP Yogam general secretary Vellappally Natesan has said  the BDJS candidates would be decided as per BJP’s decision.    He told reporters at his residence in Kanichukulangara on Friday that the BJP was the elder brother of BDJS and the candidates would be selected according to their direction.

BDJS is a newly-constituted party and we have enough time to prepare for the polls as the Election Commission has decided to conduct the election on May 16.

The NDA will rule the state after May 19, he said.He said V D Satheesan MLA had aired derogatory remarks against SNDP Yogam in a public function organised by the Yogam.

“We will not allow him to make unnecessary comments. Satheesan humiliated us by speaking against the Yogam at our own function. How can we remain silent over it,” asked Natesan.

The state government is trying to register as many as 15 criminal cases against me prior to the Assembly polls. They have already registered three cases against me. Both the LDF and UDF have united to clamp down on me, but I am firm on my stand, he said.

KPCC chief V M Sudheeran is for sacking A N Rajan Babu after he served as the legal advisor of the Yogam. Sudheeran blocked the Congress from making an alliance with the BDJS.

We are ready to welcome Rajan Babu to BDJS and we will show our strength in the coming polls, he said.
