KANNUR: District and Sessions Judge V G Anilkumar on Monday put off the pronouncement of verdict on the bail plea which was submitted by CPM district secretary P Jayarajan in the Kathiroor Manoj murder case to Tuesday.
The judge took the decision stating that certain matters in the case diary were not very clear. The trial on the bail petition of Jayarajan was completed on Saturday. Jayarjan’s counsel K Viswan argued that there was no legal ground for slapping UAPA on Jayarajan.
