THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The state continued to be in the grip of dengue and other fevers even as seven persons were reported to have died in the last two days. When four dengue related deaths were reported from Kollam, Palakkad, Malappuram and Kozhikode, two viral fever deaths were reported from Thiruvananthapuram and Malappuram. The DHS report said 24,804 persons were affected with viral fever. It reported 773 suspected and 190 confirmed dengue cases across the state. Fourteen H1N1 cases were also reported.
