Actor Dileep’s bail: Kerala HC verdict on July 24

The Kerala High Court will pronounce its order on the bail plea of actor Dileep, the 11th accused in the Malayalam actress assault case, on July 24, Monday.

KOCHI: The Kerala High Court will pronounce its order on the bail plea of actor Dileep, the 11th accused in the actress assault case, on Monday. 

Opposing the bail plea on Thursday, the prosecution had submitted Dileep and Pulsar Suni, the first accused in the case, had conspired to record the obscene visuals of the actress and the probe so far revealed Dileep was the ‘principal conspirator'.

Meanwhile, the team probing the case on Friday objected to the bail plea of Pulsar Suni and told the Angamaly JFCM Court Suni had not yet disclosed all the facts known to him. Hence, his further questioning may be needed.

The court will consider the bail plea on Monday.

The cops also recorded the statement of PT Thomas MLA at the Ernakulam Guest House.
