KOLLAM: THE police have arrested an AIYF leader on charges of abetting suicide in the death of Sugathan, 65, a Gulf returnee in Punalur. Kunnikode mandalam president M S Gireesh was the arrested. Refuting the allegations, AIYF district leadership has called for a Crime Branch probe into the expatriate’s death.
