Vinod’s colleague said Rajanikanth was drunk and travelling without a ticket. “When Vinod confronted the man, he behaved very rudely. When Vinod tried to contact the railway police on escort duty in the train, the man kicked him. Vinod, who was standing near the door, fell off. It all happened in a flash. None could help,” said the colleague, adding that Rajanikanth is believed to have boarded from Thrissur.
