Three suspects allegedly involved in firing at actor Tiger Shroff have been nabbed at Rajasthan's Kota railway station while they were running away by train.

The accused are all believed to be associated with the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.

The Rajasthan police arrested the three suspects on Monday morning while they were travelling on the Pune–Jaipur Express at Kota railway.

One of the suspects is reportedly a minor.

A joint team of Rajasthan’s Anti-Gangster Task Force (AGTF), Kota City Police and RPF carried out the operation following information from Mumbai police.

The operation was conducted by teams led by additional DGP Dinesh MN and Kota SP Tejaswini Gautam.

Confirming the arrests, Gautam said, “Two of those arrested are from Haryana, and one is from Bihar. Their identities have been established. We are questioning them and will share further details soon.”

Police sources said two of the three were suspected of involvement in Sunday’s shooting. Investigators are questioning all three to establish their roles. Police have yet to confirm the reported minor’s age.

A railway police officer said the suspects were handed over to Rajasthan police immediately after being caught.

Shroff was reportedly leaving Pushpa Park in Mumbai’s Juhu area around 7.00 pm on Sunday when three motorcycle-borne assailants allegedly fired five rounds at his car. The actor was seated in the front passenger seat, while his driver and another person sustained injuries.

The attackers fled on the motorcycle before abandoning it near Andheri railway station. Mumbai police subsequently seized the vehicle and suspected that they had boarded a train to escape.

The Lawrence gang has reportedly claimed responsibility for the shooting. Further investigation is underway.
